What is a natural mystic soul?
The gift of being a white witch is inherited and can only be passed down through several generations. Erika’s paternal grandmother was a Jewitch, and mystical practices were part of her upbringing in New York. Grandma Faye mixed up herbs, made tinctures, created natural alternatives, folk medicines, magical amulets and charms (segulat in Hebrew), incantations, protection from evil eye, and used precious gems and crystals for their healing properties and spiritual significance.
A seeker of spiritual truths. The radiant divine being; joy, play, vibrancy, truth, love, peace and freedom. To go beyond the mundane, the ordinary, and seek magic.
“There’s a natural mystic blowing through the air; if you listen carefully now you will hear”
Bob Marley
What is a Mystical Experience?
According to Brittannica: A deeper spiritual reality and direct contact with that reality that can be established through intuition (obtaining knowledge that cannot be acquired by inference, observation, reason or experience), meditation, revelation (disclosure of divine or sacred reality or purpose to humanity) or some other state of transcending normal human consciousness.
What is a Psychic?
Someone who can “read” a person’s energy and get information about the person’s life, past, present, and potential future. They are sensitive to influences or forces of a non physical or supernatural nature (beyond our five senses). They can identify information hidden from the normal senses using extra sensory perception. The word psychic originates from the greek word psycikos meaning “of the soul.”
What is the difference between Spirit Guides and Angels?
While both benevolent spiritual entities their origins and nature significantly differ.
Spirit Guides have lived a life on Earth and have attained a level of spiritual wisdom and development choosing to guide and mentor vs. Angels who are celestial beings, not of human origin (therefore they never incarnated on Earth) described as beings of light and love. They offer protection and guidance throughout our lives and carry out divine will, sometimes intervening in human affairs. Angels protect and Spirit Guides direct to help decipher the difference.
Spirit Guides experienced life on earth and are here to guide us through life vs. Angels who are personal bodyguards and cheerleaders.
What is a Medium?
A medium is a messenger, interpreting information from spirit and communicating it to individuals in a way that is both understandable and helpful. They will feel the physical and emotional aspects of the departed via words, music, pictures, & spells, etc., that appear as mental impressions on behalf of the departed love one. The safest connection is through the heart chakra, which allows a connection based on empathy. Deep meditation can provide a connection to your higher self and from here, you can create the link to make contact.
The medium acts as a conduit transferring energy from the spirit world to the living; delivering messages and facilitating healing and hope as they connect with loved ones in the afterlife.
This can provide peace of mind, closure, comfort, and build a narrative beyond the pain of loss… that our loved ones can still offer guidance, support, and love from the other side.
One should approach mediumship as a sacred space, with a sense of great responsibility and respect for both the spirit realm and the client seeking help.
